Considered to be the epitome of children’s literature, The Secret Garden is actually less about the garden to me as an adult, than it was to me as a child. As a child, the garden – this beautiful, safe place that no one else knew about – was the most exciting, magical place, but now, the exact same story line takes a different turn revolving around the protagonist Mary who we remember to be "quite contrary".

t's for everyone, I think. It's not like romance or fantasy, but the story line is really beautiful and I really enjoyed it. It's great. :)
